Can anybody have any idea, how to get rid of this red-eye privacy icon on the bottom of the Internet Explorer?

EDIT: www.microsoft.com also shows privacy-problem warning icon. And google as well. LOL
        It's my fault or maybe The internet is broken, but definitely - this is not an webim      related issue.
