Refresh Stops Chat From Working

Hello All,

For some reason when you refresh a chat window with F5 it breaks the chat window.  I have to close it down and reopen the window by clicking the chat dialog.
 
You can even test this on the demo site here:http://mibew.org/demo.php

This is the error message:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'contentDocument' of undefined

  initFrame: function(frm) {

frm seems to be null

It seems to be happening in Chrome but it's working in Safari, Firefox.
