Topic: New chat - there is popup but no sound any more

Hi,

We had no problem with the chat notification until about two weeks ago. No clue what we did, and I don't really remember doing anything, actually.

Here is what happened:
1) All new chats would send a pop up and also make a sound, so we always would know that there is a new chat.
2) Now we only get the popup, but no sound. Then, when we click on "OK" we hear the sound (but obviously its too late).

Please help!!
