Leave Message Email Notification not use locale

I am using translated locale. Leave Message Email form is translated. But notification email are in English.

Solved it creating a link from my locale properties to en properties.
(Ex.:

/webim/locales/en/properties is a link to
/webim/locales/pt-br/properties

And took care to translate (or simply copy) the missing messages from en to pt-br.
