Topic: problem: You don't have permission to access

hello,

When i tryed to install de aplication the server returns the error "You don't have permission to access /webim/install/dbperform.php on this server." 

I've also changed the permissions on the folder to try to correct the error, but it has not worked. 

The folder that i try to install is:
http://www.mmxservicio.cerobox.com/webim/install/

I was reading that this error is for the configuration of the "php.ini" using in the server.

My server says for solution this error, check the characteristics used by the program, then they change the permissions to work properly.

I have other systems in php and mysql installed on my server and works perfectly...

Is there any solution for this?

jaja.. is because i find a solution. The problem is the mod_security rules of my server.

The solution the error, change the mod_security of you server o talk with you provider to do it for you.

I talk to my hosting service and they say me that the programation of some programas en php have very security problem, for that some server put security rules for this. If any one has the same error is beacuse security of server.
