Popup Alert Sound

When I'm online and a visitor enters chat, I get a popup saying "New Visitor Waiting" accompanied by a bleep. I think its the standard popup bleep for Windows and has nothing to do with the software (apart from triggering the popup).

How can I change this sound.

I've tried changing sounds in the "Sounds" folder, but this has no effect.

If there's no effect when doing that, might want to try deleting cache on that web browser...

I had the same problem but clearing cache like what Eddybaur said fixes the problem.
