is mibew totally browser-based, or must support use a PC tool as well?

i'm looking for a totally browser-based live help php/mysql system

can mibew run totally from a browser, or does the support staff need any PC installs?

The app is 100% browser-based - although there is an "optional" windows-based chat messenger app. No worries.
