A few issues
« on: January 28, 2009, 03:29:28 PM »
First off all - Great job, Guys!
And make it clear - I am not complaining here, just want to let you know about some problems I experienced.

My system:
 Ubuntu 8.10 kernel 2.6.27-11-generic
browser: mainly Firefox

1)After closing admin panel window I remain loged-in. Auto log off would be nice.
2) No sound alert (probably a firefox issue)
3) I would like to have "ignore" button in line with "start chat"
4)how to disable email function?

thats it
thx

1) Button remains online 30 seconds after you closed the window.. auto-login is on by default ("Remember" checkbox)
2) I tested sound in FF under Mac and Win, will check in Ubuntu as soon as I install it...
3) yep, will do. Yellow X with confirmation on the right, near the agent name (only if feature "Ability to ignore visitors from the queue" is on)
4) no way... yet :) you really need to disable it?
