i think it does. Just not formated for the iPhone/iPod Touch. but yes you can talk to ONE person at a time.

It works on HTC Diamond, but the window is a little bigger than it should be and I don’t have any sound alert when a new visitor requesting chat.

Exactly, the "operator" will definitely work in Iphone. I already tried using it in my phone and haven't encountered any serious problem at all. I am just not sure for 4g version since there are still few problems regarding reception.
