Topic: How to disable Captcha?

I have my Mibew Messenger setup on my system. I want users to post tickets without the Capthca enter numbers thingy. How can I do this? Is it wise to do so? Will it open my system to Spam?

How can I do this?  Goto --> Settings --> Optional Services --> untick Force visitor to enter a verification code when leaving message
Is it wise to do so?  Every site situation is different only time will tell whether it needs to be used or not.
Will it open my system to Spam?  The verification captcha is a prevention tool to stop electronic spam bots NOT human spammers, with this disabled the electronic bots can enter their data & send it with ease, again it's down to site situation.
