Uhm... Who are you asking?  :D

Actually, it will be very hard to implement this feature in Mibew 1.6.x. And I can assure you that we, the core Mibew team, will not do it, since we have a clear roadmap and this feature has nothing to do with security or bugs.

As for Mibew 2.x... When it will be ready, one will be able to implement this via plugin. But even that will be non-trivial task. Especially without your own GeoIP database.  ;)
