File is absent: /mibew/VERSION [FIXED]

Hi, Im getting the error: File is absent: /mibew/VERSION when I tried to install ,  Ive followed all the previous steps that appear on the readme file, also search the forum for this error, but I dont see any other user with this problem, is this a common problem?
