Problem with the chat button link

HI, I installed mibew chat, everything works fine, except when I click in the chat button (code generated in the admin section).
The mibew installation is in a different server than my website.
When I clicked on the chat button I get this error (image attached)

And the strange thing is if I remove the parameter referer and url  like this: http://support.tripven.net/mibew/client.php?locale=en&style=silver
It works perfect!!!

so the link generated is not working:
http://support.tripven.net/mibew/client.php?locale=en&style=silver&url=http%3A//www.caribbean-trip.com/esp/actividades.asp&referrer=http%3A//www.caribbean-trip.com/esp/hoteles_destinos.asp

And this is working fine:
http://support.tripven.net/mibew/client.php?locale=en&style=silver

any ideas about this problem?

It reminds me of this issue.

Actually, if you'll try to open any (even non-existent) URL from your site with the rererrer param equal to some other URL, you'll get the same error.

Here, take a look: http:// support.tripven.net/aaa.php?referrer=http%3A//example.com

It's invalid server configuration.

if you said, that is a server configuration, wich should be the correct configuration? or what I have to do to correct this issue?

Solved.... THe customer support guy told me there was a security setting, he whitelist my domain and voila!!
