403 error when clicking on chat button

I had problems with this before which I think was fixed in 1.6.3 but have the same problem now. I have just installed the latest version and running  1.6.12

Any ideas?

When creating the button code, try toggling the "compatibility  with mod_security" options Also toggle the "include host name into the code" option.
