Hi,

What version of Mibew do you exactly use? And where did your get it?

Also you does not specify the version of PHP you exactly use. The list of PHP versions you've provided contains supported versions but only one of them can be used at the moment.

Well, if you've got Mibew from the GitHub repository you should install composer's dependencies before install Mibew. If you've got Mibew from SourceForge make sure vendor/symfony/yaml/Symfony/Component/Yaml/Parser.php file exists.

As I've told you before there are two ways to get Mibew:
  1. From the GitHub
  2. From the SourceForge

The first way (using GitHub) is only for developers who knows what Composer is and how it works. Frankly, it's not a sacred knowledge and the docs can be easily googled. Thus if you really want to use this way just RTFM: https://getcomposer.org/doc/00-intro.md. Please, don't ask questions about Composer, Gulp and other third-party stuff here or you will be banned.

If you are not a developer or just can't use our GitHub repository then download pre-built Mibew from SourceForge. Here is the link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/mibew/. There is a readme file inside the package that describes installation process well. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you to use this way. And yes, this way does really work. The result is https://demo2.mibew.org/.

It means that you do something wrong. I have no telepathic abilities so I cannot really say what exactly in your actions is wrong.

I cannot suggest any suitable third-party hosting because I don't use them. All system requirements are listed in the README file that shipped with Mibew. Let me quote it for you:

Quote
REQUIREMENTS

 * Apache web server 1.3.34 or above with the ability to use local .htaccess
files (mod_rewrite module is optional, but recommended)
 * MySQL database 5.0 or above
 * PHP 5.3.3 or above with PDO, pdo_mysql and gd extensions
