Topic: popup dialog notification not alert front browser

hello sir... i use mibew 2 ...i have tick ( Enable "Popup dialog notification of the new visitor" ) already...i click stay page visitors and i put minimize browser down or i play other browser.. when my costumer chat to me i don't know... it don't alert popup to me... when i click back to page visitors i just see it alert popup... i ever use old version 1.5 it popup front browser....i stay other page or i minimize down it show popup to know...can you help me? how i do edit ? thank you
