Abandon Chat / Not Picked chat

Hi How we can  send mail when an operator not picked the chat after being online, or when 15 chats are in waiting for an operator and same moment 5 left without waiting, In this scenario a mail need to be sent to system that customer left the chat with its preliminary questions.

Obviously there is no such feature in the core. You have to create a custom plugin for this.
