Hello, the company that gives me the hosting service (http://www.netservicesargentina.com/), tells me that my account suspended for excessive use of CPU, I transcribe the warning message:

"/home/servipym/public_html/chat/index.php script generates the CPU load constantement"

This is normal? or my hosting provider shoddy ?, with which I find another.

All requests in Mibew 2.x are processed by index.php file. You can try to decrease CPU usage by increasing "Operator's console refresh time" and "Chat refresh time" values at the "Settings" > "Performance" page.

If it does not help, change the hosting provider.

One more thing: you should never duplicate your question using support email. It does not help to get answer faster!

Hello, very grateful for the quick response. Sorry for duplicate, was desperate. He was already looking for a new provider now they have told me that going to change my server not to change. I'll wait and if not, find another hosting provider.
