Variable for list waiting visitors
« on: June 18, 2015, 07:57:31 AM »
Where can I get the variable to find out the number of users on waiting from the admin panel (from link: /mibew/operator/users.php). I must add this variable to the Welcome message when you start chatting . Now the opening message when you log in to chat is: “Thank you for contacting us. An operator will respond shortly…”

So, adding this variable the welcome message would be: “Thank you for contacting us. You are user n. x waiting ...”.

X is the number of users waiting to chat with the operator.

Thank you

You haven't specified the version of Mibew Messenger you're using. But having in mind the specified link I can conclude that you're talking about 1.6.x. Bad news for you: that branch is obsolete.

Though, maybe someone will help you...

To better understand what I need to get the number of users in queue will send a screenshot.

I find to look for the values in the file pending_users.php and I get nothing.

thanks

Franky, I'm in doubt somebody will help you to patch an outdated version of Mibew. But I could be wrong.  :)
