"No operators", question

Dear Team,
Can you please advise, when there are no operators and user is asked to leave email, name and message ...
Where does this info go?

I mean when i login as operator i see no notifications

It's email notifications. The recipient's address could be set system-wide or on per-group basis.

It could be great if, program can have a separate TAB, called Offline messages and this place could be accessed by all operators. To check missed messages
