when i install mibew this code has show:
Error code:

Correct the mistakes:
Could not connect. Please check server settings in config.yml. Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1130] Host '178.162.206.41' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

The error message you've provided contains a good description of the problem. It seems that a connection with MySQL server cannot be established from the server you're using for Mibew installation.

The problem actually has nothing with Mibew. Try to connect to MySQL server using MySQL CLI utility and if it could not create a connection contact your system administrator.
