Topic: Visitors disappearing from waiting list

Hi all - I'm testing out this on a site but the users waiting in the list disappear sometimes, and it seems that if i and another user are logged in as operators, only the person speaking to that user can see them in the waiting list - as soon as the operator talks to them then they disappear from the list for everyone else.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

It will be difficult for anyone to help you. There are no details in your question. For example what version of Mibew are you using? What are the permissions set for the operators in question? If you provide some details, you could be better assisted.
