Visitors Groups
« on: February 09, 2016, 08:09:47 AM »
Hello

In visitors list every operator can see all visitors from all groups. I have 3 sites and 3 groups - one for every site. There is the way to show only visitors from operator group (site) like in chat list?

Hello,

If your intention is to isolate the chats for each of your websites, why don't you install 3 different Mibew installations, one for each site? This way every site is independent and the operators don't see visitors for different sites.

Assuming that we're talking about Mibew Messenger 2.x there is also "Groups Isolation" option in Settings -> Optional Services. Maybe it will help.

Thanks but now i see that even chats are not separated by groups - every operator from every group see all incoming chats. There is the way to fix this?

"Groups Isolation"  is turned on but doesn't work
