The operator its online in visitors page but the button its offline in button code, also in html external file.

Its enabled the checkbox Include host name into the code

My php version is 5.3.29 may is it doing the button offline? and operator its online.

I installed the phpversion  5.4.45 and does not work, the operator its online and the button its offline.

Check your php error log as well as your apache/nginx error logs to see if anything jumps at you.
