Wurrd seems to not link to server right?

hi everyone,

I have the wurrd setup right as it worked ok yesterday when i installed it, now no matter what i seem to do it shows offline on my website http://mattwebservices.com

when i look at the app it does say im online?

Thanks for your help, i did check in my mibew install and the api and client plugins are showing working?

Hello,

Off the bat I can't think about why that may be the case. If you have successfully logged in to the app, then your server configuration should be fine. If say you are also online on the web and a visitor starts a chat, do you receive those in the app?

Thanks very much for your help, it seems to be a bit hit and miss with the app sometimes but when it works well its amazing!

Love the setup now ive moved over from version 1.6!
