Messenger keeps locking up?

(1/1)

We are using the latest release of Mibew but it seems to lock up? This happened on the last version too & we were hoping the latest release would fix it. Basically what happens is someone starts chatting with us, we reply OK then the next reply refuses to send. The text we have entered goes light grey but nothing happens. Sometimes exiting out of the chat window and going back in allows us to message again but in most cases the chat seems to have locked up. We are running on an HTTPS server, could that be the issue? Thanks

One can only guess. Absolutely insufficient information.

To begin with, you should tell more about your system.

Most probably no. But the issue could be related to server configuration.

What do you need to know? "System"? You mean server? Let me know & I'll get the info! Thanks

Wrong question. The right question would be What should I tell? .  ;)

1. You should specify all information about environment you use for Mibew Messenger.
2. You should tell that the issue is browser-independent (or preliminarily  check that whether that assumption is correct).
3. You should check for details in the error log of the server (if you have an access to it) and provide them too.

And so on, and so forth.

One should understand that the more details she provides, the higher possibility that anyone would be able to help (and will want to do so).
