Parent window issues

Hello,

  I searched for the following terms and found nothing. "Parent" "Parent Window"

I am experiencing two issues. 

One - When I send a link in the chat window and the user clicks on the link, a new tab/window opens and sends the page with the chat window to the background.  Is this intended?  I would like to send a link to the user and have it open in the parent window with the chat window still visable.

Two - When the user clicks on a link in the parent window, the chat window disappears entirely.  Is this intended?  I would like to talk the user through site navigation through chat.  But, this does not seem possible with the way clicking on links in the parent window is behaving.

To begin with, what is the version of your Mibew Messenger?

In modern Mibew Messenger it is possible to chat in iframe and as far as I can understand all of your issues are solved.
