Doubt about mibew web messenger

can i add Mibew Messenger into my billiard table selling website?

You can add Mibew to any website, provided you have installed it on a web server that supports Apache (and nginx too), PHP and MySQL. There are instructions on how to install and configure Mibew which you can find in the readme file of the Mibew installation archive. 

If this all sounds strange to you then you need to get a friend who can help you or hire a developer to do the job for you.

Now we are thinking about changing the website(interpool) into magento is it possible to intergrate mibew.

Mibew Messenger is a stand alone web application with some server requirements (see documentation). Its button could be added to any web site.
