What needs to be done to resolve Unknown error: Code = 4? Where is a list of error codes? TIA

Have you tried changing the config setting for wurrd in mibews config file?
from

use_http_post: false
to
use_http_post: true

I had the same issue and changed it as mentioned in wurrd plugin's readme.
Resolved the issue for me.
