« on: March 31, 2017, 04:00:20 PM »
Hi forum,
I'm new to Mibew and was looking for a way to get the chat button out of the left bottom corner to top of the page.
I have version 2.2.0 on a hosted linux with php 5.5.38.
Thanks for any help
Steve

Probably you mean not the button, but a minified chat window? If that is the case you could try to create your own style for chat (for example by cloning the default one) and then alter the appropriate css file.

Hi faf, thanks for your quick response.
I mean the button to start a chat, the chat window itself is in the right corner of the screen and the start or info button for agents are in the left corner of screen.
If the page is larger then the screen it is hidden at the bottom of the page.
Thanks
Steve

Huh? The position of the chat button (i.e. the button whose code could be generated in the administrative interface) is defined by layout of a site. Mibew Messenger has nothing to do with that.

Hi faf, thanks!
As you can see, I'm not an expert :-[
Anyhow I know where to look after now.
Thanks again
