Enable "Tracking and inviting" - Not Working

Enable "Tracking and inviting"

I'm not selecting this option, but all user navigation is being displayed in the chat window. How can I disable user navigation on my website?

So it has nothing to do with an activity of a visitor you're talking with.

If you don't want to see service messages about user's activity, probably you could implement an appropriate plugin for such filtration.
