Hi,

1. I want to run a business where the person showing up to the webpage is greeted with an open private chat box near the middle left of the webpage. They would not need to click a button. The chat box is just there, ready, with an available representative able to communicate with them.

I've been hunting for a private chat code that can be placed anywhere on a website. Most default to the lower right or upper left with a chat button. Certainly as the business you can float out the chat box on command but I don't want to do that. I want it to just be there. And again, each chat is private so it's possible to communicate with more than one person at the same time through an admin panel. I'm hoping this open source product could do more than what the basic clones are doing outside.

Thank you for any advice/info,
John

Have you tried the demo? Suppose, it would solve the most of your questions.
