Assuming the application I am using, it currently runs on an A server. If it is on another server, create a DB. How can I change the localhost DB?

Just make a valid setup of the database on server B that accepts network connections from remote clients. Then specify the valid database connection params in the configuration of Mibew Messenger. What's the problem?
