Hello, first of all I want to say what a good job you've done by making Mibew Messenger. So I have set two groups at the admin side, the first group is Technical support and the second group is Sales. My question is, when the operators are offline, and a customer tries to leave a message, when they select Technical support at Choose Department, the Department description under it says Sales, meanwhile at the admin side, I set the description to Technical Support. Also I would like to note that under Parent group, both groups are set to none. What should I do to make the Department description: Technical support, when Technical support is selected and Department description: Sales, when Sales is selected?
