Hi guys! Hope someone can help me. I want to configure the platform: My system has patients and doctors so... i need when patient sends a msg... the message reaches the assigned doctor, not an any doctor... did you understand? Is it possible to configure or re-programming our side?

You can use an operator's code to start a chat with a determined operator. It's a built-in feature. Just assign codes to your operators and generate a special button called 'operator code field'.
