Canned Messages

How do i use the canned messages feature? I see a section where you can edit the message. I put my text there, but when a new chat comes in, i dont see that message displayed in the visitor's window (the visitor is on the desk beside me for testing  ;))

on the bottom left there is a scroll field, they are all ur canned message

Sheldmandu:
Canned messages are to save you typing, they are not automated messages that the visitor sees when they first open the chat.  If you want to change that you need to find the message that currently appears in the language file and edit that.  You can do that via the admin interface.
