Disable Operator Name Change

I would like to disable my operator from changing their name, international name and avatar under "Profile".

Possible?

Possible, but requires code.

Yep, we need to add "Change profile" permission..

Done in 1.6.1 stream (going to be released by Friday).
Patch is attached.
