Topic: error 406 not accepted

Hi,
I installed webim 161 on my server. I login using ../index.php and the administrator sees this operator as "on-line"
I go to the web page where image showing is site consultant on-line and if I click it tries to take me to
domain/webim/client.php?locale=en&style=default and then i get the Error 406 not accepted message.

Anyone help pleeeeease

Hey Eddybaur,
Thanx for your help. That problem is now fixed.

Next problem is: when an operator logs on it seems to take quite a time before he/she can be seen as operator on-line both in the admin page and in the website. Is this normal?

.... and the system appears to log the operator out of its own accord .....    Is this normal?

Also is there any way to advise an operator that there are chats waiting to be dealt with, like a pop-up window for example .....
