Custom Status Button Dimensions

ORiN:
I installed Mibew and switched the status images to one that I created. However, the image is appearing squashed and out of proportion. I read from a much older thread that I can try to regenerate the images but I have no idea how to do that. Any help is very much appreciated. ;D
