Re-Size chat window etc

Hi ...I am very new here and have a question or two....

Can the Chat window be downsized, visitor side, and still display everything completely.?

Is operator pro-active chat request available in the most recent version?

Are there additional skins or themes available anywhere?

WOW.....No help with simple questions....and I even emailed Ed Kraus..and got no answer...

Guess I  am not alone as there are a lot of other posts that are unanswered as well....

So much for this open source ...
