Is the Mibew project still actively developping

Just a fact check, is Mibew still in active development or is it a phased out project? What would be so unfortanate.

Just look at the mibew repository on github.com:
https://github.com/inspirer/mibew/network

Last update on main branch of the project was 5 months ago, but alterative branches still developping.
