Topic: Chat Thread statistic give wrong total value

Dear All,
I need help, its been more than 1 year i use Mibew Messenger, simple yet a good one.

Lately, i have problem when total up of my chat thread give wrong figure.
We need it to do report and monitoring, and turn up the total figure different from manual count.

Please advice, bare with my poor English

hi, im having the same problem too at statistic page

total thread for one day is correct,
but total sum for more than one day is wrong
it will always be lower than what it should be

hope someone can correct this matter..or at least point to which function is doing this job
i just couldnt find it yet.
