Hi

Hope you can help, i received this when I went to create the tables

Forbidden 403:
You don't have permission to access /webim/install on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm using justhost have set my webim to 755 and install to 644

Has anyone had this happen to them and what did you do to resolve it??

Any help greatly appreciated

hmm... what OS is the server running on? I literally just installed it on Ubuntu with those permissions, and had no problems. Be sure you have the folder named right.. seems to be an issue with that i noticed.
