Topic: Is it possible to use Hidden Groups?

Hi,

Is it possible to hide some groups from the visitors? I want a single group of operators to take care of new visitors. If necessary the operator should be able to hand the visitor over to someone in a hidden group. See this as first and second line support.

I found a solution for this. Not a perfect one but it will do for a start.

1. Disable the possibility for visitors to select department/group.
2. Create a button for a single department/group.

These settings makes it possible to use one group as first line support. But I would actually like to have two or three groups as first line and several others as second line. So if anyone could give me a better way to do this I would be very grateful.
