Topic: How to set "OFFLINE" status for all operators from Admin?

If I have 4 or 5 operators logged on during business hours, but they forget to log off before they leave for the day, the status on my website will still show that someone's online and able to chat. Is there a way from the Admin panel to "force" my operators off so the status on my site goes to "OFFLINE" for the night?

I think I figured it out. It seems to automatically "know" when there's no operators online. I just didn't notice the button update. It takes a few seconds or page refresh to see it work. Pretty cool! :-)
