IISPassword The page cannot be displayed

I get this unusual message when I try to logon to http://acme-oz.com/webim/install.php "IISPassword The page cannot be displayed" Consequently I cannot activate the install program. Any clues would be helpfull

It appears as though my ISP has a virtualized directory structure that did not point to sub directories. So if you have the same problem contact your ISP support to fix it however now I have a error "Cannot detect application location". App passes the first test and registers PHP and then error.
