Topic: offline consulting

Hello!I didn't find the answer by searching on web site, so please help me.
Everything is good and working so great thanks to the admins.
The problem is: When the Visitor wants to send offline message, it doesn't come (I don't where it should come, where to wrote the adress)
2)I don't know where i can see the message on the webim control center.

3)There is no ringing after new visitor comes.

Pleeeease help!what i need to do

Change the email address in config.php file. It'd send the offline message to that email address.

3. what web browser are you using? There's already a sound that is played when a visitor comes on.

The offline messages get sent to your email address that you placed in config.php file. Hope this helps!
