Hi, thanks for the great product.
I'm trying to figure up how to add groups of operators or departments.

click on the Groups button, then look for "Create new group..." on the top right side :)

I don't have a "group" button...
I have visitors, operators etc. -no "group"\"groups"...

Inspirer:
Enable "Groups" feature in the options.

the problem was in the translation, it was a checkbox named something like "Zroups" in english and i kept skipping it with my sight :)
