Topic: Error 403: Forbidden (NEED YOUR HELP)

Hello,
First of all, sorry for my English 
So recently I tried to install Mibew, but result wasn't successfull. When I go to /install/index.php, I'm getting an error (Error 403: Forbidden). I always followed instruction.

Folder's CHMOD is checked (WebIM -755, Install - 644).
.HTACCESS file was exist, I don't know why.

Could you check my configuration, please?

Have you tried setting install folder to 755? maybe for you it requires more access... (remember to make it recursive so the files in there will get 755 also)
