Guys help again!...... Redirect

Instead of appending the message 'Visitor left the chat' or 'Visitor closed chat window' , i want to execute/redirect the operator back to users.php... Please help, i dont know where to include this redirection or what file to edit... Thanks alot...... I know this is very easy for you guys... :-*
